Coach Lindy's "Keep it fun, keep it simple" coaching techniques along with an excellent rapport with young ballplayers have resulted in high praise from parents and coaches in the metropolitan area. Lindy is also a lead instructor for Ripken Baseball with heavy concentration on teaching the fundamentals of middle infield play. Lindy, (The master of camp nicknames), is a regular guest lead instructor at Luna's Elite Infield and Hitting Fall and Winter Camps. Lindy is the Athletic Director and former varsity baseball coach at Aberdeen High School in Aberdeen, Maryland. He has also coached in The Atlantic League (Independent Professional Baseball) for the Atlantic City Surf where he was the 3rd base and hitting coach. The Surf led the league in hitting for two years under Lindy's direction. Prior to coaching at the professional level, Lindy was the head coach at Harford Community College in Bel Air, Maryland.
