FX PERFORMANCE TRAINING
FX Performance Training is for athletes looking for Strength and Conditioning specifically tailored to improve their performance on the field.
Each athlete is unique and thus every training program we write is unique for the individual and the demands of the sport they play. Our highly trained Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists have years of experience training athletes of all ages, from middle/high school to big-time D1 collegiate sports to NFL Pros. Our Strength Coaches are dedicated, professionals who do not accept anything less than exceptional effort and attitude from our athletes.
Every Performance Athlete starts with a Complimentary assessment in which the whole athlete is considered. We assess their:
- Movement quality in foundational movements
- Specific joint health and range of motion in body parts necessary for their sport
- Strength and Power to Bodyweight ratio specific to their age and development
- Conditioning requirements specific to the demands of the sport
- Nutritional and lifestyle factors specific to their development and goals
Following a Performance Assessment, each athlete will then be recommended to the program that is the best fit for them listed below.
– PRIVATE ATHLETE TRAINING –
Take your performance to the next level, we offer one-on-one performance training with one of our highly qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches to give you the attention and individualized coaching you need to excel. Private training rates and durations vary per coach and athlete. We can accommodate up to 4 athletes in a private session.

– ELITE ATHLETE –
Athletes receive an individualized program designed for their needs and the demands of their sport. Programs are created to improve performance by building strength and power, increasing speed, and address commonly injured areas of the body. Athletes train alongside each other under the coaching and supervision of our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists in no more than a 6:1 coach to athlete ratio.

– TEAM TRAINING PROGRAMS –
Team training sessions are designed to build power, increase speed, and address commonly injured areas of the body to keep athletes in the game and assist them in crushing their goals. Team Training programs are designed for every athlete to work with highly skilled Strength Coaches alongside your teammates for the ultimate accountability-based TEAM.
Training times and days determined by training and team availability.
Full Team Pricing
- Up to 8 athletes – $120 per session
- 9+ athletes – $150 per session
Small Group Team Training (Pricing per Individual)
4 Week and 2 Training Sessions per week commitment
- 4 Teammates – $35/session
- 5-6 Teammates – $30/session
- 7+ Teammates – $25/session
